Back home after a inspiring trip to China and Taiwan, where we at Createc have visited around 10 of our selected manufacturers.
Meeting our manufacturers on site, seeing the factories with our own eyes and deepening our relationships is always valuable - both professionally and personally.
We discussed sustainability, quality and future collaborations, while also taking the time to review specific customer projects, technical solutions and upcoming regulations.
Many of the factories now have fully automated production lines, which is truly impressive from a technical standpoint - from component to finished product, 100% automated. Machines inspect every single component and soldering process, burn-in tests are performed automatically, and everything concludes with a complete final electrical test.
This time, it was particularly exciting to see the rapid development of Power Delivery (PD) chargers, especially those with medical approval - an area where quality and safety are absolutely critical.
An important part of the trip was to ensure that our manufacturers meet our high standards for sustainable production - something we take very seriously. And it feels great to say that they do exactly that!
