Createc Power AB, corporate registration number SE559292915101, is the data controller responsible for processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Why do we ask for your personal data?

Primarily, we ask for your data to be able to contact you and assist you with questions and assignments. The main purpose of processing your personal data at Createc Power is to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer and our commitments. The data is anonymized via Google Analytics and we only analyze the information aggregated on different categories.

How long do we store the information?

We do not store personal data longer than necessary. The duration depends on the purpose for which the data was collected and the legal obligations we have. Customer information is stored as long as you are a customer of Createc Power and then at most 24 months after the contractual relationship has ended or the last active dialogue. Supplier information is stored as long as you are registered as a supplier to us and then at most 24 months after the contractual relationship has ended or the last active dialogue. Exceptions apply to such documentation that must be saved by law, such as under the Accounting Act.
