Createc Power AB, corporate registration number SE559292915101, is the data controller responsible for processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy became effective on May 25, 2018 when the GDPR came into force. The regulation strengthens your rights concering personal integrity. It is important that you feel secure in how your personal data is handled.
Why do we ask for your personal data?
Primarily, we ask for your data to be able to contact you and assist you with questions and assignments. We may also use the data to improve and customize our communication as well as the services and customer experience we provide. We also send communications, newsletters and targeted marketing via email, Linkedin or other social media channels for Createc Power. You always have the option to opt out of such communication by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or unsubscribing from newsletters.
Purpose of processing personal data
The main purpose of processing your personal data at Createc Power is to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer and our commitments. Data is also used to produce statistics for market, visitor and customer analysis. Furthermore, data is processed to collect and analyze information about current customers, visitors, stakeholders, partners and decision-makers, both in general and and for specific purposes. Personal data may also be used for surveys, processing, event invitations, responding to questions, and handling other matters. During personal contact, Createc Power may collect additional personal data you choose to provide. Createc Power also processes online identifiers, such as IP addresses, MAC addresses, or equivalent, provided by website visitors via computer, tablet or mobile device. The data is anonymized via Google Analytics and we only analyze the information aggregated on different categories.
How long do we store the information?
We do not store personal data longer than necessary. The duration depends on the purpose for which the data was collected and the legal obligations we have. Customer information is stored as long as you are a customer of Createc Power and then at most 24 months after the contractual relationship has ended or the last active dialogue. Supplier information is stored as long as you are registered as a supplier to us and then at most 24 months after the contractual relationship has ended or the last active dialogue. Exceptions apply to such documentation that must be saved by law, such as under the Accounting Act.
Security and safety
Createc Power has security measures in place to protect your personal data against unlawful or unauthorized processing. Only individuals who need access to your personal data to fulfill Createc Power´s stated purposes have access. We use various security solutions to safeguard the IT environment from intrusion and external threats.
Who do we share the information with?
Createc Power cooperates with several manufacturers, subcontractors and transport providers. Createc Power may share your personal data with them to jointly provide services essential to our business and our commitments to you. Your rights

Createc Power has the right to deny your request for deletion if there are legal obligations or contractual reasons preventing this - for example, obligations under accounting or tax legislation. Once the legal obligation no longer applies, the data will be deleted.
What does the Data Protection Authority do and when should you contact them?
